The Little Giant Cargo Hold™ lets you keep everything you need to get the job done right there with you where you really need it. No more climbing up and down the ladder to get a tool or a handful of nails. The Cargo Hold features two easily accessible pouches for tools or materials, a hammer or tool sling, and several elastic tool slots. The Cargo Hold will work on any Little Giant multi-use or articulating ladder rung, and it folds and stores neatly inside any Little Giant multi-use ladder. It also fits conveniently between the top two rungs of your Little Giant Ladder System. If you want to save time, make it a permanent part of your Little Giant Ladder System.

To return your Little Giant Ladder you will need an RMA#. Call Woodcraft Customer Service at 1-800-535-4482 for assistance getting said RMA#. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee.
If your shipment was damaged during delivery, please call Woodcraft Customer Service at 1-800-535-4482 for details on how to resolve your issue. You will need to take a picture of the damaged package to assist in the resolving of your problem.

Your Little Giant Ladder is covered by their Lifetime Limited Warranty, warranting that your ladder is free from any manufacturing defects.
